Term Description
The number of allowed answer responses interval specifies the minimum and maximum number of answer choices for a multiple choice question. This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the Question Options Pattern observation in the HL7 CDA Questionnaire Response Document. The CDA document is used to capture the health survey answers or answer sets to questions that have been administered to a patient.
