- The meetings will be held at Intermountain Health Care, Lake Park Facility, 4646 West Lake Park Blvd , Salt Lake City, UT 84120, in Auditorium A, which is on the 1st floor of the building.

Directions to IHC Lake Park Facility from SLC International Airport
- From the airport, follow Bangerter Highway south to Lake Park Blvd (2400 South).
- Turn right on Lake Park Blvd and follow the road for approximately 1 mile to the IHC facility.
- Turn right into the IHC facility.
- Visitor parking is on the northeast part of the parking lot (closest to the main entrance).
- Enter through the main entrance and check in with security.
