New Webserver for loinc.org
The LOINC website has moved to a new server!
With our new home comes a few new changes that we wanted to make you aware of.
The first is that new site will feature the launch of the much-anticipated LOINC User’s Group forum. The forum will operate at http://forum.loinc.org, and will also be available as a link on the main page.
We've also added a listing of new terms will be included in the upcoming LOINC release. This listing will be updated periodically (every 2 months or so) to show what we've been working on. This listing is for informational purposes only (things may and will change). We won't post the codes for those terms (that would undermine the release process), will continue to provide the codes to the term requesters as we've always done.
In addition, when downloading the RELMA tool you’ll have to create a simple account and login. The LOINC committee unanimously approved this change because it will allow us to better track and communicate with the user community.
We hope you enjoy the new website and encourage you to participate in the User’s Group forum when it launches at the end of the month.
