- This panel term was incorrectly used in CCDA 2.1 for the Care Plan document template code. In order to avoid confusion, the Clinical LOINC Committee agreed to deprecate this code and point it to the general Plan of care term [LOINC: 18776-5] and new panel term [LOINC: 81957-3] that was created to replace this term. Depending on the use-case, either of these codes can be used instead of LOINC 52521-2.
