Change in systolic blood pressure
Active
Term Description
The term "change in systolic blood pressure" has been developed for use in eMeasures that assess differences in blood pressure readings between two points in time. The LOINC term is intended to represent the difference between two systolic blood pressure readings as a positive integer, a negative integer, or a zero. This "change over time" reflects both the direction and degree of change in blood pressure for patients who are originally not at therapeutic goal. The exact time periods of reference will be explicitly defined elsewhere
