Part Description
LP174596-9 interRAI palliative care
The interRAI Palliative Care (PC) Assessment System was developed to provide a comprehensive assessment of the strengths, preferences, and needs of adults in both hospice and palliative care. Following testing in Canada, Czech Republic, Iceland, Netherlands, Sweden, Spain, and the U.S., the first version was released in 2003. The system has since been updated as part of interRAI's restructuring initiative to ensure that all of our instruments contain common items and definitions for overlapping clinical content.
