Term Description
The Electronic Patient Centered Assessment Method (ePCAM) is an adaptation of the Patient Centered Assessment Method (PCAM); both measures include a set a questions answered by a provider regarding their clinical impressions about the patient's health and well-being, social environment, and health literacy and communication skills. The ePCAM uses an electronic form to administer the 12 PCAM items. The electronic version utilizes a visual analog scale of 1 to 100 where specific score ranges correspond to ordinal responses.
