After installing Office 365, I get the following error when I try to launch RELMA and then RELMA shuts down:

“‘Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0’ provider is not registered on the local machine”

OS is Windows 10 pro 32 bit running on a Mac via Parallels. RELMA was working on this system prior to updating Office 2007 to Office 365. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling RELMA without benefit.

Sorry to learn that you are having trouble with RELMA after installing Office 365.  We will try to reproduce this error and post a solution as soon as possible, meanwhile I recommend that if you have not already tried, please download and install an ACE provider available at https://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/download/details.aspx?id=13255.

The 2010 version offers both 32 and 64-bit options. Please select the appropriate version for your machine.

Hi folks, I had the same error yesterday (Windows 10 machine) and was able to fix it using the Control Panel to run a repair on ‘Microsoft Access database engine 2010’.
