ModeratorMichael,
It sounds like you may be using a high resolution monitor or have a high scaling factor enabled. Unfortunately, RELMA is based on some older technologies and it has difficulties with some of the more advanced settings of newer displays. We have some suggests for making RELMA work better in these situations on our FAQ page. Please take a look at https://loinc.org/kb/faq/relma/#can-i-use-relma-with-a-4khigh-resolution-monitor
Sorry for the issues,
John

ModeratorDarrell,
You should be able to download version 2.64 from https://loinc.org/downloads/archive/. It does require a login but it is free charge.
The LOINC committee does recommend that you use the current LOINC release if at all possible. With each release we continuously refine and improve the codes. Best practice is to always keep your system up to date.
Regards,
John

ModeratorAlla,
The ComMaps and ComInst columns are related to the LOINC community mapping project. You can read more about it at https://loinc.org/mappings/ and https://loinc.org/articles/?id=293&learning-from-the-crowd-in-terminology-mapping-the-loinc-experience

ModeratorMicheal,
I’ve played around with this feature this morning and it appears that does work if you restart the program before exporting your tags. That is, for some reason, tags entered in the same session are not exported. So please restart the program and try again. Clunky at best. I know.
If this work around doesn’t suite your needs, please file a support request at https://loinc.org/contact/

ModeratorMarc,
The children are available as part of a FHIR Questionnaire resource. You should be able to see it with this query https://fhir.loinc.org/Questionnaire/24331-1 . Here’s a link to the detail page that is represented by the FHIR resource https://loinc.org/24331-1/ .

ModeratorThe MultiAxialHierarchyReadMe.txt file that is included in the download describes the format of the MultiAxialHierachy.csv file in great detail. This file does not include the status field. The status of a LOINC term is shown in the STATUS field in the Loinc.csv, Loinc.mdb, or LoincTableCore.csv file. All of these files are available as free downloads from our website.

ModeratorThe Multi-axial hierarchy should contain all 93,600 LOINC terms from the 2.68 release. The LOINC codes you mentioned are located around line 117840 of the file as shown in the screen shot below.
Here are screen shots showing the terms in multiaxial hierarchy in RELMA

ModeratorSzilvia,
If you have Microsoft installed on you machine you can use it to open the database and do a “compact/repair.” In most cases this will fix any corruption in the file.
