The Radiation Exposure and Protection Information section contains information related to radiation exposure and protection of the patient based on current national legal requirements or standards. The section describes the indication for the treatment/procedure (e.g. fracture of tibia), relevant status of a patient (e.g. pregnancy status), who authorized the radiation treatment, the protection provided, such as lead apron, for a specific body part, and the amount, type and route of radioactive substance administered.
