The Fracture Risk Assessment (FRAX®) tool is used to estimate a patient's major osteoporotic fracture (forearm, hip, or shoulder fracture, or clinical vertebral fracture) LOINC 90265-0 as well as of hip fracture specificaly LOINC 90266-8. It includes questions about age, weight, height, smoking, alcohol use, family history of hip fracture, glucocorticoid use (e.g., Prednisone), rheumatoid arthritis and bone mineral density (BMD) at the femoral neck.https://www.sheffield.ac.uk/FRAX/
