Part Descriptions
LP418643-5 Standard thickness parameter
The standard thickness parameter is used as part of the calculation for corrected or compensated intraocular pressure (IOPcc). Thinner corneas may result in underestimated IOPs with tonometry measures, while eyes with thicker corneas may have overestimated IOP values.

LP76227-5 Tonometry
Intraocular pressure (IOP) is the fluid pressure inside the eye. Tonometry is the method eye care professionals use to determine the IOP. IOP is an important aspect in the evaluation of patients at risk for glaucoma. Most tonometers are calibrated to measure pressure in millimeters of mercury (mmHg).
