Term Description

This term was created for, but is not limited in use to, the Early Hearing Detection and Interventions Diagnostic Audiology Result (EHDI_DAR) HL7 v2.6 Implementation guide. It includes basic diagnostic audiology test results codes to capture the type of testing performed as well as the type, degree and configuration of hearing loss.
