Description
Euroglyphus maynei is prevalent in humid geographical areas throughout the world. These mites thrive in humid human dwellings where there is no liquid water to drink. E. maynei is the source of at least 47 individual allergens.
E. maynei may commonly induce symptoms of asthma and rhinoconjunctivitis and exacerbate atopic dermatitis in sensitised individuals
