Description
Neutrophil-associated antibodies may cause neutropenia in various autoimmune disorders including Felty's syndrome, SLE and drug-induced neutropenia. Febrile transfusion reactions and isoimmune neonatal neutropenia may also be caused by antibodies to neutrophil-specific antigens or HLA antigens. Source: ARUP Laboratories
