Veterinary Medicine:
Primor is an antimicrobial drug, used in veterinary medicine, containing sulfadimethoxine and ormetoprim. The combination of these compounds providing increased efficacy, a broadened spectrum of activity to include some sulfonamide-resistant organisms, and reduction in the rate of resistance development.
