Description

Part of porphyrin fractionation testing useful in diagnosing porphyrin cutanea tarda, hereditary coproporphyria, and variegate porphyria. Such patients typically will present with profound elevations of porphyrin analytes (e.g. > 5-fold) during acute episodes.
