Prulifloxacin

Description
Prulifloxacin is an oral, broad spectrum fluoroquinolone antimicrobial drug. It is metabolized to ulifloxacin, its active form, by first pass metabolism in the liver. It is effective against both gram positive and gram negative bacteria, and indications for use include urinary tract infection and exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.
