Description
The pulmonary embolism rule-out criteria (PERC) is a clinical decision support tool for identifying patients at low risk for pulmonary embolism (PE). It contains 8 questions, including age, heart rate, pulse oximetry result, and past medical history, and if the answers to all 8 questions are "No", the patient is considered to be at low risk for PE.
