Term Description

MNA®-SF is a 6-item validated nutrition screening tool that can identify geriatric patients aged 65 and above who are malnourished or at risk of malnutrition. The MNA-SF is used in a wide variety of care settings by healthcare professional of any background, as it does not require specific training for effective use.
