Term Description
The Pain Body Site Identification Panel was developed to better reflect documentation of nursing pain assessments and to clearly identify the body location where pain is experienced. This panel is comprised of three body location aspects, and represents nursing assessment content, which differs from physician or other care provider assessments. The three body location aspects are Anatomic part laterality, Pain body site, and Pain body location qualifier.
