Term Description
The Ages & Stages Questionnaires®, Third Edition (ASQ-3) screens infants and young children from 1 month to 66 months for developmental delays in five areas. The ASQ-3 is completed by a parent (or child's caregiver) or by an examiner asking a parent (or child's caregiver) questions about the child. The protocol includes scoring instructions. Additionally, the Brookes Publishing Company offers an optional online management system for ASQ-3 called ASQ Online. The Ages & Stages Questionnaires®, Third Edition (ASQ-3) is a proprietary, fee-based instrument that is available for purchase from Brookes Publishing Company.
