Term Description
The Infant Behavior Questionnaire-Revised (IBQ-R) is a parent-report questionnaire used to measure the temperament of an infant (3 to 12 months old). The 36-item instrument (very short form) includes three broad scales. Respondents are asked to read each description of behavior and indicate how many times in the past week the infant exhibited this behavior. Respondents should circle the frequency on a 7-point Likert scale (never, very rarely, less than half the time, half the time, more than half the time, almost always, always).
