Active
Term Description
This code describes molecular detection of Dientamoeba fragilis DNA by RT-PCR using a fluorescent probe. The primers/probe target an amplified fragment of the ribosmal subunit of D. fragilis. Results are based on a cross threshold (Ct) value.
