Term Description

Patients are allocated into two risk groups based on lymph node involvement; the risk group for node-negative patients, and the risk group for node-positive (1-3) patients. This term was created for, but not limited in use to, the Prosigna Breast Cancer Prognostic Gene Signature assay, which is based on the reported 50-gene classifier algorithm originally named PAM50.
