Part Description
LP199673-7 Endotracheal tube diameter
An endotracheal tube (ETT) is an artificial tube that is placed through the mouth into the trachea to keep the airway open and protected and support breathing in patients who cannot breath on their own or are at risk of respiratory collapse. ETTs come in different sizes for different types of patients (e.g. premature infant, child, adult), and using an appropriate ETT will ensure the most effective airway and ventilation support.
