Lysophosphatidylcholine(26:0), or LysoPC(26:0), is a lysophospholipid (LyP) and diagnostic marker for X-linked adrenoleukodystrophy (X-ALD), peroxisomal biogenesis disorders (PBD) and single enzyme defects (SED) of peroxisomal fatty acid oxidation.
