Ultrasound elastography performed to assess additional focal lesions on the lung. This term was created for, but not limited in use to, CPT 76983 (Ultrasound, elastography; each additional target lesion), which is one of three codes that replaced a more generic Category III code 0346T (ultrasound elastography).
