LP33232-7 T cell crossmatch
T cell and B cell crossmatching assesses recipient antibodies against organ donor HLA and other antigens. T cell and B cell crossmatching results may be reported separately or combined to report the overall interpretation. For example, if T cell crossmatch results are positive and B cell crossmatch results are positive, the overall interpretation is positive. If one result is negative and the other is positive, the overall interpretation is undetermined and further investigation is needed.
