Description
Displacement of the ST segment is usually measured at its junction with the end of the QRS complex, the "J point," and, in some settings such as exercise testing, 40 and up to 80 ms after the J point. Others have chosen 20 ms after the J point. Source: Regenstrief Help , PMID: 19281931
