Description
Several EKG-based criteria exist for measuring left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH). According to the Sokolow-Lyon index, S wave amplitude in lead V1 plus R wave amplitude in lead V5 or V6 greater than or equal to 35 mV indicates LVH. PMID: 18107386 Source: Regenstrief LOINC, PMID: 18107386
