Description

Chromosome anomalies inv(3)(q21;q26.2) and t(3;3)(q21;q26.2) involving the PSMD2 and MECOM genes are found in acute non lymphocytic leukemia (ANLL), often preceeded by myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS).
