Exocrine pancreas antibodies (PAB) are used to help diagnose Crohn's disease (CD). PMID: 15647645 PAB are found in 20-40% of patients with CD. The accuracy of diagnosing CD is improved when multiple anti-inflammatory disease antibodies are measured including PAB, anti-saccharomyces cerevisiae antibodies and anti-glycan antibodies.
