Description
Tylvalosin (previously name: acetylisovaleryltylosin, trade name: Aivlosin) is a macrolide antibiotic mainly active against Gram-positive bacteria and mycoplasma. In pigs, tylvalosin is used to control enzootic pneumonia (EP) and porcine proliferative enteropathy (PPE) outbreaks.
