Description

Bufencarb is a carbamate cholinesterase inhibitor insecticide that was applied to corn, forage, fodder, maize, and rice to control corn rootworm larvae, rice stemborers, rice green leafhoppers, and root mealbugs. It is highly toxic and exposure can result in symptoms including malaise, muscle weakness, dizziness, sweating, headache, salivation, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhea, central nervous system depression, and pulmonary edema.
