Description
Immature eosinophils are large mononuclear cells with or without an indented nucleus, coarsely clumped chromatin structure, and no nucleoli. High levels of immature eosinophils are seen in various leukemias, including acute myelogenous leukemia (AML) and acute eosinophilic leukemia (AEL). Source: Regenstrief LOINC
