Description
Warm absorption identifies antibodies whose optimal temperature of reactivity is greater than 35 °C. Depending on the type of antibody, the temperature may vary. IgG reacts best at 37 °C, where as IgM reacts best at 4 °C. Source: Regenstrief LOINC
