Version 2.77

Description

Inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate receptors (ITPRs) are intracellular calcium channels that play a role in regulating cellular function. ITPR type 1 (ITPR1) is found primarily in the brain and plays a significant role in regulating memory and motor coordination. Antibodies against ITPRs have been found in patients with Sjogren's syndrome, rheumatoid arthritis, and systemic lupus erythematosus. PMID: 32290556 Source: Regenstrief LOINC
