N1 implicit time
Active
Description
The waveform found on a multifocal electroretinogram (mfERG) is typically a biphasic wave. The first deflection is negative, the second is positive, and the third is negative, and the three peaks are called N1, P1, and N2, respectively. The amplitude and implicit time can be measured for each, though P1 amplitude and implicit time are the most common measurements. PMID: 22038576 Source: Regenstrief LOINC
