Napsin A is an aspartic protease found in lung and kidney epithelial cells. Its expression is associated with lung adenocarcinoma and papillary and clear cell renal carcinomas. PMID: 22156835 It has also been found in clear cell ovarian and endometrial carcinoma PMID: 28362708, as well as a subset of thyroid tumors PMID: 31788765. Source: Regenstrief LOINC
