Term Description
The objective knee score is calculated using alignment, instability, and joint motion. Alignment is calculated on a weight-bearing AP radiograph with a 25-point maximum. Instability is calculated in full extension and 90 degrees with a 25-point maximum. Joint Motion is calculated with 1 point for each 5 degrees of joint motion and there are deductions for flexion contracture and extension lag. [https://www.kneesociety.org/the-knee-society-score]
