The XR calcaneus terms were deprecated and new hindfoot+midfoot terms were created in error when we deprecated CT calcaneus terms during the LOINC/RadLex CT unification work. For LOINC 2.58, all of the hindfoot+midfoot terms XR terms were deprecated and mapped back to the re-activated calcaneus terms.
