Chromosome 6q23 deletion, which involves the MYB gene, is associated with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL), B-cell small lymphocytic lymphoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, and multiple myeloma.
