The patient's risk level (very high, high, moderate, etc.) of developing a pressure ulcer based on their total score LOINC 38227-5 from the Braden Scale assessment. The total score can range from 6 to 23 with a lower score indicating a higher risk. PMID: 3299278 The level of risk is used to guide the intervention strategies that should be used.
