A symptom-rating scale from 0 to 4 indicating the risk of substance abuse disorder as evaluated by the Comprehensive Universal Behavior Screen (CUBS). This symptom-score is calculated based on several answers. A score of 0.00 - 1.00 = Not Significant and 1.10 - 4.00 = At risk for Substance Abuse problem.
