The overall score for the Revised Pretransplant Assessment of Mortality (PAM) Score assessment. The total score is calculated based on the individual scored values for the patient's age group (<65 or >=65), donor relationship & HLA match, hematologic malignancy diagnosis and disease status, percent of predicted forced expiratory volume in one-second (FEV1), and the patient and donor cytomegalovirus serology results (negative/positive).
