Term Description
The NIDA-Modified ASSIST Substance Involvement (SI) Score informs the patient's risk level for illicit or nonmedical prescription drug use. A SI score of 0-3 indicates Lower Risk; 4-26 indicates Moderate Risk; and 27 or greater indicates High Risk.
