The Registry to EValuate EArly and Long-term (REVEAL 2.0) pulmonary arterial hypertension (PAH) disease management risk calculator uses multiple variables including laboratory, pulmonary function test, echocardiogram, right heart catheterization, 6-minute walk test results, PAH classification, comorbidities, and vital signs to calculate the REVEAL 2.0 Score. The REVEAL 2.0 Score predicts the one year survival rate of patients with pulmonary arterial hypertension. Higher scores are associated with lower survival rates, while lower scores indicate a higher rate of survival. PMID: 30772387
