This accessory file details changes to LOINC terms in a slightly different manner than other artifacts which log changes by release. In both files within the Updates accessory file, each change, or series of changes, exists as two complete rows: one BEFORE (all the values in the previous release) and one CHANGED (all the current values).
The updates are expressed in two files, Updates.csv and UpdatesAdditionalFields.csv. The comparison is not exact but you can think of Updates.csv as analogous to the fields in LoincTableCore.csv and UpdatesAdditionalFields.csv to Loinc.csv.
