The LOINC website located at https://loinc.org is home to the terminology. This is where the current version can be accessed as a download or via our Terminology Service. You can also interact with the code system using the SearchLOINC and Hierarchy Browser web apps.
Some resources require the use of a LOINC username and password. These user registrations allow us to monitor usage and more efficiently handle any requests you may make. You can get register on the website for your free LOINC user account.
